What a dickhead. There are plenty of people who are underwater on their mortgages and don't want to lose their homes. They have been trying to get banks to refinance to lower interest rates in order to pay less money, but the banks won't do it simply because they are underwater. These people are still paying their mortgages, but are being unfairly treated by not being allowed to refinance and save a buttload of money in the long-term. I'm all for forcing banks to do these refis.

Boehner's Ohio has the 5th most negative equity mortgages in the country, after California, Florida, Arizona, and Michigan.

Boehner's Ohio is the Sith

What I saw for a second.

The GOP isn't even pretending any more. Their souls are bought and paid for. They serve their corporate masters and no one else.

Yet somehow, they still get voted for. Strange.

Nevada has the most negative equity mortgages at 60%.

Right, I was going by number of negative equity mortgages, but by percentage of mortgages Nevada is 1. And percentage is probably more important than number in politics.

I am constantly amazed at the tone-deafness and utter cluelessness of the 1% when it comes to the problems of ordinary folks.

Banks. Your local home office is right down the street other side of the country. Be sure to ask beg to see if we can do anything for you. I remember when banks actually served people. Like in services. They're too busy patting each other on the back and naming stadiums now. They would take the candy from a laughing baby's mouth.

Oh sure let's penaltiesze the good people who were forced into mortgages they couldn't afford thanks to shifty bankers who are now sitting on a pile of bailout money.

No justice.
